__REGISTRATION  FEES 

Registration fee for participants includes: admission to the opening ceremony, conference sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks and closing ceremony. A registration fee is applied to each participant, not to each paper; if a paper is intended to be presented by more than one author, each of them who is coming to Lisbon must make a registration.

__IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

​

• The conference is access free for students from the School of Arts and Humanities – University of Lisbon (under previous registration) and for active members of the Committees.

• The student rate is applied for undergraduate, master and Ph.D. students from other universities. The fee includes the same as for full rate participants. A copy of the student ID-card, together with the registration form and the transference receipt, will be required to confirm the student status. If this student proof is not received, the regular registration rate will be applied.

• For scholars from the School of Arts and Humanities – University of Lisbon and members from the ICOMOS Portugal with membership dues on time, the student rate is applied. A copy of the University ID-card or the ICOMOS ID-card (valid for 2024), together with the registration form and the transference receipt, will be required.

• The conference registration, conference dinner and conference tour are free for active members of the Committees.

__CONFIRMATION  OF  REGISTRATION 

After received the fulfil registration form and correct fee, a confirmation of registration will be sent to each participant. An individual e-mail address must be provided at all times.

__CANCELLATION  POLICY 

There will be no refund for cancellations.

​

​

__INSURANCE 

Please arrange your own travel and personal indemnity insurance. The organisation will not be liable for accidents, theft and property damage, or for delays and/or modification of the programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
